Age Limit: The hirer must be at least 21 years of age to rent a vehicle.
Documentation: A valid original CNIC and a functional Driving License are mandatory at the time of booking. For international travelers, a valid Passport and International Driving Permit are required.
Verification: Lajpal Travels reserves the right to verify documents and decline service if the criteria are not met.
Advance Payment: A specific percentage of the total rental amount must be paid in advance to confirm the booking.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required, which will be returned upon the safe return of the vehicle.
Extension: If you wish to extend the rental period, you must inform us at least 12 hours in advance, subject to vehicle availability.
Prohibited Use: Vehicles must not be used for any illegal activities, racing, off-roading, or transporting hazardous materials.
Sub-Letting: The hirer is not permitted to let any other person drive the vehicle who is not mentioned in the rental agreement.
Geographical Limits: Please clarify your travel destination at the time of booking. Certain vehicles may have restrictions for specific northern or rugged areas.
Fuel Policy: The vehicle will be provided with a certain fuel level and must be returned with the same level. If returned with less fuel, charges will apply.
Routine Checks: While we provide well-maintained cars, the hirer is responsible for checking oil and water levels during long-distance travels.
Accidents: In case of an accident, the hirer must inform Lajpal Travels immediately. A police report may be required for insurance claims.
Minor Damages: Scratches, tire punctures, or interior damage caused by negligence will be charged to the hirer.
Total Loss: In the event of a major accident where the hirer is at fault, the hirer may be liable for the insurance “deductible” amount or a percentage of the repair costs.
All traffic fines (Challans), parking fees, and toll taxes incurred during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the hirer.
Cancellations made 24 hours before the booking time may be eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours are non-refundable.
